Entre os investigados est\u00e1 o filho da desembargadora L\u00edgia Cunha, Rui Barata Filho, ex-juiz eleitoral do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia (TRE-BA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o da PF visa recuperar bens obtidos de maneira ilegal por meio da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de decis\u00f5es judiciais envolvendo magistrados do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a da Bahia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na primeira fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foi identificada a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o de uma decis\u00e3o judicial de uma desembargadora, o que resultou em uma vantagem indevida de mais de R$ 35 milh\u00f5es para a parte favorecida, em valores atuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o nesta ter\u00e7a, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de oito policiais federais, foram apreendidos ve\u00edculos e embarca\u00e7\u00e3o de propriedade de um dos investigados, Rui Barata Filho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fonte: Varela Net <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (22) a nova fase da &#8216;Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Patronos&#8217;, que investiga esquema criminoso em decis\u00f5es judiciais.
